Why I work

Because the world doesn’t fix itself.

I work not for ease or applause, but because the windmills are still spinning and too many people have stopped noticing. I work with empathy, because people matter. I work with resiliency, because the work is hard. I stay authentic because I’ve seen what happens when leaders fake it. And I bring levity—because if we can’t laugh once in a while, we’re doing it wrong.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve led restaurants, managed operations, supported recovery, designed tourism strategies, and rebuilt broken systems across multiple industries. I’ve managed 40-person teams, guided people through crisis, and created space where collaboration actually means something. My background blends hospitality, communications, and tourism management with hands-on experience in leadership, program design, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

This site is where I put that work into context
